"Speaking as a physical therapist myself, Lauren has demonstrated that she has an extensive knowledge of anatomy and muscle function and is able to put that knowledge into an individualized therapeutic massage.Upon arrival you have a detailed conversation about your health and concerns and what you want to achieve from the massage. During the massage she asks for feedback to ensure your comfort levels. Lauren truly has healing hands and is continually evaluating your bodies response to the massage. Her knowledge and insight results in a truly therapeutic treatment. I want to add that she is very kind and caring and her professionalism is outstanding.."
